Into the 21st Century! |
|
We’re very excited as September marks a milestone for the Bloomingdale Inn. We now offer phones and high speed Internet access in each of our rooms. At last, no one need venture out to locate a wireless “hot spot” to be connected. |

Cab service in DC is based on a zone system, and costs much less than most other major cities. Where you start, and where you go will determine the amount of your fare. When you go through the fare listing that should be prominently displayed in the cab, you can calculate the fare. A one-zone fare is $5.50 There is currently an additional surcharge of $1 for gas ($6.50). Travel during rush hour, and there’s an additional $1 charge ($7.50). There’s also an additional $1.50 charge for each additional passenger ($9.00). |
